Herons Ridge subdivision is at the intersection of Seed Tick and Beverle Rivera. It features walking trails through nature areas, carefully landscaped entrances, and beautiful open spaces throughout. The community is also adjoined to a park with a pond and pavilion.

Located in scenic western Tennessee, the City of Lakeland's low development and natural terrain fosters a sense of country living that is rapidly disappearing in other Shelby County communities and nearby Memphis.

While we are one of the fastest growing cities in the county, our natural assets can be preserved through careful civic planning. A number of lakes, ponds, streams, parks, and other recreational opportunities improve the quality of life for our residents, including one 65-acre park with hiking trails. The city also requires developers to set aside park land and greenways.
